Opportunity

 

The selected candidate will expedite data operations work using newer approaches/automation and work on Salesforce and SQL queries

 

.  

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and test complex SQL and PL-SQL queries with analytical functions for data analysis
  • Create automated solutions for recurring tasks like data compare, golden record identification
  • Create efficient SQL queries and run Data Scrubs/updates
  • Verification of data correctness and create SQL queries (accounts/contacts/leads/tasks)
  • Enrichment of existing records, remove duplicates
  • Preparing knowledgebase articles, SOP and runbooks related to Data ops
  • Follow ups with downstream teams on Data fixes, scrubs etc.
  • Coordinating with SFDC teams for issues with data and with Salesforce application
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team
  • Work with the OPS team (Account/Contact and other updates)

 

 

Required Background

 

  • Relevant experience of 5+ Years working in Salesforce, related reports & SOQL
  • Proficient in understanding and creating basic SQL queries
  • Good to have experience of SQL Server, MS Access, JIRA, Salesforce SOQL
  • Excellent in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT) and other data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
  • Strong problem-solving/analytical skills and excellent time management
  • Open for rotational shifts, supporting US customers
