Skills and Competencies
- Relevant work or internship experience in financial analysis desired
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality, accurate work
- Previous compensation experience is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Economics, Finance, Business administration, Accounting or similar field
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for analysing our company’s incentive compensation programs, ensuring accuracy, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives along with managing/creating new sales support process. Your analytical expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing our compensation strategies and driving employee motivation and performance.
- Data analysis and reporting
- Manage sales support processes
- Support data gathering for new compensation initiatives
- Cross-functional collaboration with other groups
- Support the development of business cases such as through financial modelling
- Translate financial data into tables and charts
- Analyze incentive compensation programs
About the team
Our Incentive Design and Governance team is responsible plays a crucial role in driving sales performance and aligning sales teams with broader business objectives. Its primary focus is on creating, implementing, and overseeing reward systems that motivate sales professionals and ensure fairness, compliance, and accountability.
By joining our team ensures that sales teams remain motivated, fairly rewarded, and aligned with strategic objectives, while upholding compliance and transparency. This critical function drives performance optimization and supports the long-term sustainability of the sales organization.
