Skills and Competencies
- Possesses a minimum of five years’ experience managing projects, programs, and portfolios, leading initiatives across multiple business areas or departments with cross-functional teams and stakeholders within transnational corporate environments.
 - Demonstrates expertise in traditional project management methodologies and lifecycles, such as waterfall and rolling wave planning, as well as proficiency with iterative, agile, or lean frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
 - Strong foundation in business process management, including process design, modelling, documentation, governance and continuous improvement; familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
 - Extensive hands-on experience with designing, delivering, and maintaining performance tracking and reporting resources such as metrics, KPIs, OKRs, targets, benchmarks, corporate scorecards, executive reports and presentations, and digital dashboards. Skilled at presenting diverse materials—including business cases, plans, results, status updates, and performance reviews—to cross-functional audiences.
 - Advanced written and verbal English proficiency; proven ability to negotiate, influence, and communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and wider audiences across various functions, levels, and organizational areas through multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
 - Exceptional prioritization, planning, and time management abilities. Resourceful in analyzing and resolving problems and making decisions in fast-paced environments.
 - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of productivity, analysis, reporting, and collaboration tools and platforms, including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and Copilot.
 - Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency. Willingness to explore AI systems and develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.
 
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Technology, or applicable field. Relevant education and experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
 - Project management or agile certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar qualifications considered a plus.
 - Process improvement certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or similar qualifications also considered a plus.
 
Responsibilities
Lead and manage mid and longer-term projects and initiatives across the organization to continuously improve services, operational performance and employee engagement and experience.
- Partner with Global Capability Center leadership and other functions to plan and execute business actions for operational excellence and best-in-class employee experience.
 - Oversee a central portfolio of projects and initiatives, collaborating across functions to prioritize, assess, report, and deliver results.
 - Manage all aspects of project lifecycles, including stakeholder engagement, communications, risk, and change management when needed.
 - Support leadership by creating and maintaining key operational resources such as metrics, KPIs, OKRs, reports, scorecards, dashboards, and risk registers for the Global Capability Centers.
 - Partner with other function leads to implement business process management and improvement frameworks and programs.
 - Support leadership in developing and delivering reports and presentations of diverse nature to cross-functional audiences.
 - Work across business boundaries to negotiate and secure support and resources required to deliver on business objectives.
