Skills and Competencies
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual to join our team in a fast-paced environment, supporting the successful delivery of complex client implementations of our KYC solutions.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, , ensuring quality and consistency
- Communication Skills: Possess strong written and verbal communication abilities to prepare meeting notes, draft professional emails, and provide clear updates to the team
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); familiarity with tools such as Asana or Confluence is a plus
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a team, partnering with project managers and cross-functional departments to achieve project goals
- Learning Mindset & Interest in Project Management: Demonstrates curiosity and initiative, actively seeking guidance and hands-on experience to develop skills and deepen understanding of project management
Beneficial Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred):
- Project Management Methodologies & Processes: Understanding of common PM approaches such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and familiarity with key processes including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of SaaS solutions, APIs, and related concepts to support communication with technical teams and understand product capabilities
- Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with KYC concepts and their application in compliance, due diligence, and client onboarding processes
Education
- Ideally completed or enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Ideally with experience in Project Management
Responsibilities
Synopsis:
- Support project managers with daily tasks while gaining hands-on business experience
Primary Duties:
- Assist project managers in tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables
- Help prepare meeting materials, take notes, and distribute follow-up actions
- Update project trackers and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with team members to gather information and status updates
- Shadow project managers to learn how projects are planned, executed, and closed
- Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders outside of the PM team and deliver process related outcomes
- Contribute to team internal initiatives with fresh ideas and perspectives
About the team
Our team is responsible for leading complex client implementations of our KYC solutions by coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines and resources, resolving issues and ensuring successful delivery and handover – while also contributing strategic insights to support broader business goals.
