This role is responsible for managing the global Request for Proposal (RFP) process within the Sales group, working with stakeholders across the company to gather all required information for RFP responses, track KPIs, and manage schedules to meet submission deadlines.

This is 12-month Fixed term contract role.

  • Manage collection and documentation of RFP information.
  • Manage preparation and assembly of RFP deliverables such as project documents, samples and forms.
  • Track progress, act upon and report obstacles ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Maintain RFP response tool and ensure all data is accurate and content is updated
  • Provide ad-hoc training and/or support to user base
  • Produce reports as needed to provide transparency on RFP activity and success rate
  • Follow up on project plan/activities with team members and assist in recording updated status/schedule for the plan.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience in the field of Project Management, Contracting and/or Procurement
  • Knowledge of the engagement or project planning and control processes.
  • Experience in working with teams in distributed environments across the globe.
  • Requires strong judgment skills and the ability to oversee projects from start to end and working with global teams at various working hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
  • Strong documentation skills and version management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritize work load based on management direction.
  • Strong decision making ability and follow-up skill set.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Responsive (RFPIO) would be advantageous but not required.
