Moody’s KYC OU is proud to offer comprehensive global entity data and robust risk
intelligence solutions to a wide range of customers, from large-scale financial institutions to
fintech startups. Our advanced KYC and AML solutions are powered by quality data on
millions of entities and individuals, aiding our clients in making risk-based decisions
confidently.


We are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join our KYC Solutions Delivery team. We
are a global team made up of dedicated project managers, implementation specialists and
product strategists, who are all passionate about understanding and meeting our customers’
business needs.


Role/ Responsibilities

As a Project Coordinator, your main role will be to support client implementations and
manage change execution, from initiation to successful delivery. You will be expected to
keep projects on track, working in tandem with and on behalf of implementation specialists to
ensure high-quality project delivery. This role offers abundant opportunities to learn and
grow.


Day-to-day activities and responsibilities:
-Scheduling internal & external meetings
-Drafting scoping document
-Preparing project timelines
-Creating and maintaining action & issue logs
-Ensuring projects are fully provisioned
-Adhering to project timeline and scope


Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Relevant working experience, preferably within project coordination, administration or customer support/success
  • Ability to work across the organization with different stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Language skills desired: Italian, Spanish, French, other European languages
