ROLE/RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Product Manager you play a key role in shaping the future of Orbis data for Orbis and Catalyst products, and other data delivery platforms. Reporting to our Firmographics/Ownership data lead Product Manager, you participate to the successful delivery of key initiatives, from data quality enhancement projects to the implementation of new product features that drive Data Solutions' revenue growth. Your contributions will directly influence the trajectory of our product and the satisfaction of our clients and teams.

You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the product life cycle, from reception of business requirements to deployment on our products, and customer enablement and support.

Specific responsibilities for the position may include:

  • Solicit and collect feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to help prioritize initiatives and define the functional requirements for new releases.
  • Act as a liaison between the engineering, program management and data operations teams to facilitate understanding of the implementation and design requirements.
  • Take the helm in steering new features from concept to reality with meticulous attention to detail and dedication to ensure that every release meets the planning and specifications.
  • Craft compelling content and sales enablement materials that resonate with our audience.
  • As a subject matter expert, you will also lead training activities, equipping our teams with the knowledge and skills to excel in their roles.
  • Provide unparalleled product support and foster open communication channels with clients and internal stakeholders. Your efforts will enhance our product's value and strengthen our community of users.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g. Bachelor's) at least
  • Typically requires at least 2 years of relevant professional experience as either Product analyst, Business analyst, Data owner, or Product manager.
  • Experience and interest in Master Data Management or KYC/Compliance risk assessment is a plus.
  • Able to gather requirements and meet with clients
  • Understand the business requirements and translate these into requirements for engineering and data operations teams.
  • Analytical mindset and quick to learn and understand new technical concepts and data processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, experienced in creating and giving presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas is appreciated but not essential: SQL, Jira, Miro, Trello
