Skills and Competencies
- Basic understanding of HR processes, regional compliance and reporting
- Familiarity with Replicon time tracking system and BDESE database
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with a willingness to learn
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and open to exploring new technologies, including AI tools
Education
- Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analysis, or related disciplines
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
As a People Regional Partner Apprentice, you will support EMEA HR operations by ensuring compliance with local regulations, as well as contributing to process improvements and knowledge-sharing initiatives across multiple countries.
 
Below is the potential scope of responsibilities for this role. Actual tasks may vary based on your profile and learning pace:
- Contribute to the creation of EMEA knowledge-based projects which will help ensure consistency and easy access to critical information
- Produce and automate mandatory reports across EMEA countries to cover topics such as absences, working hours, headcounts, recruitment, terminations and training with different frequencies
- Monitor working hours across EMEA countries by working within Replicon to pull regular reports to ensure compliance with local regulations, addressing discrepancies and resolving issues with stakeholders
- Oversee mandatory processes in France by monitoring and analysing working times and career development discussion campaigns and exploring opportunities for process improvements
- Ensuring timely updates of BDESE database in coordination with Finance, Payroll and People teams

The EMEA People Regional Partner team at Moody's, plays a pivotal role in aligning regional HR practices with global strategy while ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting employee engagement across multiple countries. This role would provide a valuable multi-country exposure, offering a unique international learning experience.
