Skills and Competencies

  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new tools and processes
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable asking questions and sharing ideas
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Basic competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Interest in e-learning content development, instructional design, and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity (or willingness to learn) creative tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Canva, Camtasia, etc
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Curiosity about emerging learning technologies (AI tools, authoring tools, video editing software)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to visualize concepts and translate them into learner-friendly materials

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Education, Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ideally graduating in 2027.
  • Coursework or projects in instructional design, media production, or digital communications is a plus
  • Exposure to or interest in learning basic technical skills relevant to LMS administration, such as database management or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Internship start: March 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and editing of learning content, including videos, graphics, animations, and interactive modules, under the guidance of senior team members
  • Support LMS content administration tasks such as uploading courses, generating reports, assigning training to employees, and testing new features
  • Participate in storyboarding and scripting for training materials, applying adult learning principles
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with learning objectives
  • Learn and apply basic use of authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Camtasia) through hands-on projects
  • Collaborate with content developers, LMS administrators, Compliance, and other stakeholders to gather feedback and improve materials
  • Research and share ideas for innovative learning approaches, including microlearning, gamification, and the use of AI tools
  • Support the team in organizing and maintaining the content library, ensuring resources are up to date and accessible.
