Job Description

• Handle daily email requests from internal stakeholders and update changes on open positions in Success Factors on a timely basis.
• Maintain open position reports, to be shared with Business Planning and Global recruiting teams.
• Download daily reports from Success Factors system and review for data accuracy.
• Update/Manage various trackers.
• Propose process improvements on existing files to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify process commonalities to align similar activities, where possible Provide support for annual compensation process.
• Assist with quarterly and monthly headcount reporting.
• Assist with annual budget process on open positions.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by Finance management.
• Other ad-hoc tasks, as required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Success Factors Reporting Tool skills desired.
• 2-3 years’ experience in MIS Reporting. Intermediate to advanced excel skills are necessary and experience with other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Advanced English in both written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Strong understanding of workflows and proactive in process improvement.
• Comfortable with adapting multiple systems and performing research.
