Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support portfolios of new and existing customers across the EMEA region
  • Prepare materials for customer meetings and support on meeting follow up
  • Complete sales process admin; manage and update relationship management systems and tools
  • Research and market intelligence
  • Provide event/conference support and assist with marketing initiatives and outreach
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders e.g. Middle Office, Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Pricing/Product, Billing/Collections teams
  • Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives/campaigns

Qualifications



Qualifications:
  • Minimum of BA/BSc degree or equivalent first level degree preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics
  • Fluent in English and preferably also one other European language (French and/or Italian is of particular interest)
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry and similar role is an advantage but not essential
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office; knowledge of Salesforce advantageous
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and proactive attitude
  • Flexible, resourceful and with problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaboration with a geographically diverse and multi-cultural team
  • High-achieving approach
