Job Description

Moody’s Data Solutions Group is looking for a Program Manager to join our team. This role sits within the Business Development practice and will coordinate various integration efforts to bolster solution offerings across the Moody's umbrella of products with a focus on interoperability.
The successful candidate will keep our stakeholders at the forefront and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment, possessing a strong mix of data analysis, operations management, and project management skills. Additionally, the candidate will possess strong attention to detail, stakeholder management and understanding of the product lifecycle in an agile development environment.
A willingness to engage, learn and contribute to the functional and technical challenges on product projects is a must.

  • Work with product groups across MA to help drive the development process of our suite of software products & solutions, from the initial design through all stages of development and stabilization leading up to the release.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of assigned data integration projects throughout the organization that meet the required specification and quality goals.
  • Coordinate the construction of product roadmaps and serve as the central interface between groups working together on product strategy, design, development, testing and overall quality management.
  • Promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends.
  • Work with project constituents to set deadlines, clarify responsibilities and requirements, define prioritization, resolve project issues and monitor progress of projects.
  • Prepare reports for upper management and key business stakeholders regarding status of projects.
  • Actively contribute to best practices for


  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) required and graduate/second-level degree (Masters or MBA) preferred.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Thorough knowledge of software development processes – especially Agile practices – is essential.
  • Detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills with an ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to a wide audience.
  • Thorough understanding of the technologies used in software development and practical experience of having successfully delivered projects.
  • Experience working with remote teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of applied mathematics, finance and credit risk.
  • Client focus with the drive and enthusiasm required to achieve results and ensure customer satisfaction.
