Job Description

Moody’s is seeking a Senior Video Producer & Editor with Motion Graphics to join a growing team, contribute to award-winning content and support the evolving digital strategy of the company. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for creating high-end digital content and demonstrate an impressive and varied portfolio of video and motion graphics projects. Creative and conceptual thinking along with great collaboration and communication skills are key to the position.

Core Responsibilities:
? Produce high-impact, brand-aligned video, motion graphic and 3D content from concept to delivery, for use across online and social channels and for internal and external audiences
? Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and support strategic project goals, working with the Video & Podcasts team to take briefs, write treatments and develop creative concepts to suit project aims
? Develop video and animation concepts that use the power of storytelling and creativity to move, inspire and inform and be able to articulate – both in writing and verbally – why your idea or approach will work
? Provide pre-production input and support, across project planning, scripting, casting and third party engagement
? Manage relationships with external agencies ensuring delivery according to agreed timelines, budget and creative goals
? Be a valued contributor in brainstorming and ideation sessions and a team player, relishing the collaboration required to get great results
? Commit to supporting a workplace of diversity, equality and inclusion

Qualifications

? 6+ years digital agency or corporate in-house B2B/B2C experience producing high-impact video and motion graphics content
? Associates, Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree in digital media production, motion graphic design, or related area
? All-round experience across the pre-production, production and post-production process from scriptwriting and storyboarding through to color grading, audio mixing and encoding
? Expert knowledge in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and other industry apps including Illustrator and Photoshop as well as strong skills in Cinema 4D or similar 3D apps
? Expert camera operating ability, with studio, internal, external and on-location experience
? Experience with audio and video hardware and studio setups, including microphones, cameras, lighting, monitoring, sound dampening, and talent preparation
? Track record of originating creative content approaches across a range of video and motion graphics styles
? Experience producing content for a range of social, online and broadcast channels
? Exceptional multitasking, time management, and project management skills, with attention to stakeholder needs and high attention to detail
? Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
? Superb people skills with a proven track record of interacting with external agencies as well as various internal stakeholders
