Job Description

Reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing Operations, the Assistant Director of Digital Marketing will manage and optimize digital channels for Moody’s Analytics CRE solutions. This role will provide digital marketing expertise to the marketing team across the key areas of SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing

  • Develop, implement and proactively manage SEO strategy for marketing website
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website user experience and conversion.
  • Work with CRE marketers to develop digital campaign plans across all available channels that support both brand and product objectives
  • Execute and manage all SEM and PPC campaigns, including bid strategy and adjustments, audience creation, retargeting, etc.
  • Implement testing plans to consistently improve and refine digital campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals
  • Advise best practices for digital marketing, including identifying new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and optimizing spend and performance based on trends and insights.


  • 5-10 years of Digital Marketing experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Paid Social Advertising, SEO and Account Based Marketing tools (including DemandBase, Engagio, 6Sense and similar)
  • Solid understanding of web technologies including Wordpress, HTML, XHTML and XML
  • Previous hands-on experience with marketing automation systems (Pardot, Marketo and Hubspot preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required; marketing, business, or technology preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, including very good presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels, with both internal and external parties
  • Proven track record of serving as a strategic advisor to lines of business and coordinating and executing multiple campaigns across segments.
  • Strong positive attitude, with sense of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Strong detail orientation and time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to advise and influence business partners.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
  • English fluency/proficiency essential, additional languages desirable.
