DepartmentThe Human Resources function is viewed as a business partner within the company. The team supports various client groups across multiple locations. The HR team is responsible for providing advisory and specialist knowledge on the full breadth of HR issues in accordance with local employment law, legislation and company policy. Job DescriptionMoody’s is seeking a curious and driven Business Analyst to join our global People Solutions team on our organizations’ journey towards Human Resources (HR) digitization. This role will offer a unique opportunity to face off to senior Human Resources stakeholders to drive projects and initiatives forward in a business analyst capacity.
- Experience and expert knowledge of SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent Management, Compensation and/or Benefits)
- Experience with IBM Kenexa or other similar Applicant Tracking systems
- Experience with Payroll System (CloudPay, ADP, etc) preferred
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective partnerships across the organization
Annual base salary gross: 26,400 – 50,00 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees.
