Job Description

Strong Communication Skills: Candidate needs to have very good communication skills – both written and verbal. He/she must be able to understand the client requirements well
•Provide day to day production support of Salesforce CRM application to all business users, which includes maintaining the production mailbox and answering the business users.
•Coordinate with the production team and closure of production support items
•Maintain strong understanding of client's business processes as well as IT capabilities and capacity
•Assist in providing content documentation for release or new features.
•Maintain Trackers and reports for internal circulation.
•MS Office skills – should be good in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word


• Bachelor's/Master’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce support.
• Logical aptitude and ability to solve problems on the go.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Should have knowledge of how support tiers work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (This is very important, since this person will communicate very regular with the business users)
• Ability to collaborate effectively within the teams.
• Salesforce Certification will be considered as an added advantage.
