The Global Commercial Group various responsibilities include; establishing and maintaining business and pricing relationships with Moody’s rated entities and issuers of debt securities, rating product development, creation of value and strategic marketing collateral and corporate development for the business.

The department provides the service for banking institutions, corporations, municipal governments, public institutions, structured finance products and municipal funds

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the pricing function within the Global Commercial Group by managing weekly meeting of the Pricing Approval Committee and all related administrative duties
  • Provide administrative support to the Pricing Approval Committee by managing the approval process by email
  • Assist the Team in coordinating price implementation strategies across the Global Commercial Group
  • Analyse and regularly monitor the distribution lists of the Universal FIP and Pricing Exception notifications sent from the client relationship management platform (Salesforce). In association with the Global Head of Value Proposition and Marketing Strategy, suggest amendments to the Commercial Operations team.
  • Ad hoc project support



  • Bachelors degree required, preferably in related field (Economics, Finance, Accounting)
  • Experience in the financial services industry is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management skills with ability to handle multiple projects in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Organised and efficient with a pro-active, ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Good IT skills including MS office, advanced Excel skills preferred and Power Point
  • Strong sense of team-working
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent in English is essential
