The Senior Software Engineer is a talented, hands-on practitioner driving a variety of strategic web development projects for He/she will drive front/back end development from conception to completion cooperating closely with a dedicated development team in NY and overseas. The ideal candidate for this position is highly results-driven, detail-oriented and innovative. Specifically, the Senior Software Engineer will:
  • Drive the development process of our marketing website, from the initial design through all stages of development and stabilization leading up to the release.
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of assigned software development projects to meet the required specification and quality goals. Prepare status reports and updates.
  • Coordinate the construction of product roadmaps and serve as the central interface between groups working together on product strategy, design, development, testing and overall quality management.
  • Promote investigation and application of new technologies and industry trends.
  • Work with project constituents to set deadlines, clarify responsibilities, resolve project issues and monitor progress of projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of NY team. Coach project team to adopt development best practices using Agile development methodologies.



  • Undergraduate/first-level degree in software development, computer science and/or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • People management experience (communication, leadership, delegation, motivation, training) preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of software development processes – especially agile practices.
  • Excellent knowledge of ASP.NET MVC development. Understanding of relational databases and experience with SQL preferred.
  • Mastery of core front-end technologies such as XHTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, and AJAX.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, libraries and utilities as needed/required (e.g. React, Angular, Node.js). Experience using CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
  • Ability to write high-performance, semantic, reusable code.
  • Detail-oriented disposition and clear, concise communication skills.
  • High proficiency and experience with Sitecore strongly preferred.


  • Experience with Sharepoint, Google Analytics/Tag Manager/Webmaster, Marketo, Cvent, Slack and Trello preferred.
