Compliance
The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator role will administer training activities within the firm’s learning management system, support the coordination of live training events conducted by Compliance and Legal staff, maintain the training content repository, and keep training materials and curricula up to date.
Learning Administration and Coordination

The incumbent will become an administration expert in the current learning management system, Cornerstone On Demand, and will:
• Design and maintain system definitions for groups (audience selection) and curricula (collections of courses and modules) at the direction of training management
• Coordinate the deployment of online courses, including completion tracking and reporting
• Respond to queries in the training mailboxes (level 2 support), troubleshooting and providing direct customer service to employees, and escalate as needed
• Produce reports on training and completion status and history in response to Regulatory Exams, Internal Audit, Surveillance, Investigations, and general management requests
• Complete reconciliations of training rollouts, ensuring the right training was assigned to the correct populations
• Set-up and oversee ad hoc assignments for licenses, transfers, summer interns and other populations and classes employees
• Upload and test courses in the LMS confirming compatibility and functionality with the LMS and all browsers in use, and will roll out set-ups prior to deployment and review with training owner
• Set-up pre-registration, room assignments and attendance tracking for live training events
• With training management, maintain SOPs on key process areas
Training Coordination and Support
• Implement changes to department training decks in PowerPoint, upon request. Examples include, updating organization charts in Orientation decks, and distributing the files to relevant contacts
• Maintain training calendar
• Maintain the inventory / repository of content materials

Qualifications

Required

Minimum 3 years prior experience in learning management administration; 5 years working experience
Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand a plus
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel required
Knowledge of Access, authoring tools (especially Articulate Storyline, and/or HTML 5), helpful
