The Banking RegTech (BRT) group builds software to help banks around the world assess the overall health of their balance sheets and generate reports for regulators and other stakeholders. We know that regulatory and accounting standards and the technological demands of our customers are subject to change, which is why we employ a continuous cycle of innovation that allows us to offer nimble and agile solutions to our customers’ problems.

The Technical Communications team is in charge of providing customers with high quality documentation that will help them understand how BRT products work. Documentation is published in multiple formats and is available on an online documentation server. The current challenge is to provide new formats of documentation, such as videos and content on digital adoption platforms.
Moody's Analytics' Technical Communications department is looking for an intern for a minimum of three months.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the implementation of a digital adoption platform, both in English and French, to improve our customers experience with our user interfaces
  • Contribute to the Tech Comm's team effort in:
    • Implementing the required walkthrus, both by developing the content and managing all possible use cases
    • Testing the walkthrus and the links to other sources of information
    • Migrating the current content towards the next version of the software
  • Set up the localization process (in French)

Qualifications

Required

  • Education level required: Bachelor’s degree (License), or Master’s degree
  • Preferred areas of study: Technical communications / Technical writing
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Technical writing skills
