HR Business Partner - Associate - Singapore - 12756BR

Role:

Provide professional support to the senior HRBP team and their specific business units to ensure delivery of wide range of HR services in a dynamic fast-paced financial services organization and specifically supporting the integration and business-as-usual for the newly acquired subsidiary, BvD. Provides support in implementation of human resources policies, programs and services, including talent management, coaching employees and managers, job evaluations, and investigations.


Responsibilities:
  • With management oversight provides human resources consultation, services and support to business units
  • Provides counsel and guidance to managers and employees regarding company policies and procedures
  • Participates in internal investigations and complaints originating from various sources and prepares all required documentation in accordance with Investigation protocol to mitigate risk in a heavily regulated industry
  • Assists senior HRBP’s in the coaching, counseling, and providing guidance to managers on initial performance management issues and loops the ER team in as appropriate
  • Participates specific projects as determined by HR management including functional and cross-functional initiatives. May own small projects independently
  • Participates in talent management practices including reporting on trends and other HR metrics
  • Assist with the implementation of standardized HR process
  • Conducts exit interviews
  • May support MIS, MA - BvD and MSS or be dedicated to a specific entity
  • Supports the recruitment process at BvD for all Asia-Pacific hires until Talent Acquisition Integration is completed in 2019.
  • On an ad-hoc basis, supporting any global mobility into or from any of the Asia-Pacific offices
  • Working closely with the Integration team within BvD and MA to knowledge-share for BvD specific benefits, policies and employee data

Qualifications:
  • Requires a bachelor's degree Human Resources or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Performs a wide variety of tasks with a degree of creativity and latitude
  • Reports to head of unit/department
