The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for driving recruiting strategy and execution for the organization globally. We are seeking an integrated marketer to lead the development of Moody’s global recruitment marketing strategy across all talent segments (campus, experienced, executive, internal) to increase our standing as an employer of choice with critical talent. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and schedule engaging social media content, drive employer branding in campaigns with increased focus on our employee value proposition and influence other recruiting communications. This role will report to the AVP Recruitment Operations.
Candidates must have a deep understanding of emerging critical talent segments (particularly diversity, technology, and millennial) and demonstrate expertise in digital and social media. The successful candidate would bring new and innovative ideas, develop and implement recruitment marketing programs that align with Moody’s strategy. The candidate should also be aware of changes in recruitment marketing technology and changing target audience behavior to inform future candidate outreach approaches.
• Develop target messaging that positions Moody’s as an employer of choice
• Communicate the company’s brand in a positive, authentic way that will improve engagement, increase likes and generate leads
• Stay abreast to shifts in recruitment marketing tools and social channels
• Maintain compelling and consistent visual branding across all social channels in unity with site content
• Listen, respond, ask questions and engage audiences to cultivate organic engagement
• Ongoing recruiting leadership engagement to understand current business trends that could affect changes in branding strategy, as well as best practices on recruiting materials (job descriptions, sell sheets), and approach to building and maintaining talent pools, and CRM usage
• Partner with corporate communications and marketing on message development, advertising, and digital content
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing programs involving research, positioning, production of online and offline collateral, advertising, case studies, featured employee profiles, and online content.
• Ensure compliance of recruitment marketing materials, including social media and communication policies
• Identify appropriate metrics and tools to monitor and measure effectiveness of programs
• Manage marketing recruiting budget, including identification of savings/streamlining opportunities
• Monitor effective benchmarks and best practices for measuring the impact of social media campaigns
Talent Acquisition
Minimum 3-5 years of experience driving recruiting marketing strategy
• Experience aligning recruitment social sourcing strategies with an Employee Value Proposition
• Experience leveraging digital and social channels to reach a desired audience
• Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
• Able to build substantive digital engagement /tactical plan from scratch
• Able to track and interpret metrics related to engagement and effectiveness of employer branding content on social media and other platforms to drive social media optimization (SMO) and return on investment
• Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios
• Able to work with stakeholders and Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across recruiting materials
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 year degree
• Excellent oral and written communications and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and program management skills
• Able to set and consistently meet project milestones
• Meticulous attention to detail and quality assurance
• Able to work in deliverable and deadline-driven environment
