HR Administrative Assistant (Temp assignment of 5 Months) - Saint Cloud Cedex - 11229BR

  • Collaborate with the AVP – EMEA Talent Acquisition to process the on-boarding of new joiners
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
  • Distribute meal vouchers and payslips
  • Manage the working time tracking system
  • Coordinate training seminars
  • Preparation and presentation of Training Stratégic plan
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Prepare HR document (employment certificates…)
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on-boarding packages and explaining company policies

Human Resources


  • Master degree in Human Resources or relevant field

  • Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR Administrator

  • Hand on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS

  • Knowledge of French labor legislation

  • Experience with MS Office applications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Teamwork skills

  • Excellent level of English
