AVP, Project Manager – D&IM - New York - 10617BR

•Provide project management for both tactical and strategic cross- LOB projects for D&IM, align with the team’s mandate and company’s business transformation goal
•Create business requirements documentation for end user computing projects which are focused on automating or improving the efficiency of operations management, tracking and reporting
•Develop and manage project plans and risks/problems/decisions logs; lead project meetings, prepare project / work stream meeting agendas, document meeting outcomes and next steps, lead communications on the projects from initiation to completion
•Be the primary Team Leader for the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for D&IM. Manage the BCP for D&IM. Coordinate and manage other D&IM projects for organizational efficiency
•Prepare senior management presentations as well as conduct ad-hoc analyses, presentations, and special projects as needed
•Coordinate and collaborate with various functions/teams across D&IM and ODC to create and enhance management reporting,
•Identify opportunities for improvement (e.g. for operating effectiveness and efficiency), conduct process analysis, and support the implementation of tactical/strategic solutions to solve business problems
•Independently identify and analyze risks/problems and recommend solutions
•Assist manager with the creation and implementation of growth strategy for the team. Coach more junior staff.
Process Efficiency Solutions is a team under Data & Information Management in the ODC organization. The mandate of this team is to improve process efficiency, project management, organizational effectiveness, and management reporting.
•Min 8-10 years of relevant work experience•Experience in agile technical project management•Strong team player with ability to work independently•Excellent communication skills – oral and written. Able to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and developers•Self-starter and results oriented, with a focus on quality and attention to detail•Analytical, strategic and problem solving skills•Experience in producing management presentations•Effective time management and prioritization skills. Able to drive project delivery on time•Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project skills, knowledge of SQL, SharePoint, .NET, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
