HR Coordinator/HR Administrator - New York - 10181BR

•Provide Global HRBP’s administrative support including doing expense reports, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings etc.
•Ensure up-to-date and accurate Human Resource files and records
•Manage all Joiner and Leaver administration as directed by the HRBP
•Conduct exit interviews and maintain information
•Coordinate with recruitment to ensure new hire orientation materials have the most updated HRBP information
•Serve as point of contact for HR Service Center, and escalate queries to HRBP’s as necessary
•Work with managers to document flexible work arrangements and track participation data
•Pull monthly and ad hoc reports based on HRBP request Provide administrative support for talent management processes including but not limited to ranking exercises, promotion processes and exit interview analysis
•Assist Employee Relations & Investigations team by retrieving employee files, coordinating the logistics of an investigation and/or termination, and drafting necessary documentation to memorialize the end of an employment relationship as directed.
•Process employee terminations by notifying certain individuals and/or departments as directed.
•Process invoices for legal and outplacement services
•Assist in preparation of responses regarding unemployment claims.
•Develop relationships with other departments’ associates to allow for the leveraging of support when issues need to be resolved.
•Ensures that all work assignments are completed on time and accurately.
•Prioritizes work assignments to accommodate urgent requests as needed
•Suggests and recommends process improvements
•Partners and maintains a professional, courteous and supportive relationship with the rest of HR
•Demonstrates a professional and courteous attitude to colleagues at all times. Acts as an ambassador for the HR department with both internal clients and external clients and vendors.
•Works with team members to develop creative solutions to workflow issues.
HR Business Partner
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred
•At least 3 years of experience supporting an HR department, ideally having supported a team of 3 or more individuals
•Excellent MS Office skills including, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
•Experience handling confidential and sensitive information and understands the need for confidentiality at all times
•Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment
•Strong Customer Service skills
•Strong relationship building skills
•Must be a self-starter
•Strong attention to detail
•Highly organized and efficient
•Ability to work to tight deadlines
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Flexible, diligent and dependable
