Skills and Competencies
- Experience in IT Asset Management or a related IT field, applying best practices for managing end‑user hardware assets
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to resolve issues and support data‑driven decision making
- Proficiency in IT asset management tools is preferred for accurate tracking, reporting, and lifecycle control
- Strong organisational and project management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of licensing agreements, compliance requirements, and country import or export regulations is preferred
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for using AI tools to improve processes and drive efficiency, alongside awareness of responsible AI practices including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred
Responsibilities
Seeking a skilled IT Asset Analyst to manage end‑user hardware and mobile device lifecycles while supporting the development of a strategic and compliant asset management framework
- Oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets including procurement, assignment, reclamation, legal holds, and disposal, representing approximately 40% of the role
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of hardware assets including status, location, and user assignment within the asset management system
- Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate mobile devices including procurement, assignment, reclamation, legal holds, and disposal, representing approximately 45% of the role
- Manage the mobile phone request process, ensuring timely fulfilment of requests and accurate tracking of devices throughout their lifecycle
- Support collaboration with the Managed Mobility Services provider to coordinate mobile device procurement, configuration, and resolution of service issues
- Produce reports on asset utilisation, lifecycle status, cost tracking, and compliance metrics to support operational and strategic decision making, representing approximately 10% of the role
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing guidance on asset‑related queries and enabling smooth cross‑functional workflows, representing approximately 5% of the role
About the Team
Our IT Asset Management Hardware team in Lithuania is responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT hardware assets across multiple EMEA locations, from procurement through to disposal. The team supports Moody’s by maintaining accurate asset records, mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and country‑specific import and export requirements, and promoting financial accountability. By joining the team, you will contribute to global IT support, process optimisation, and the continued evolution of asset management practices
Annual base salary gross: €33,100.00 to €52,900.00. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
