The Role
In this role, the Associate will support the Moody’s Inclusion Team, which includes the Chief Inclusion Officer, Global Vice Presidents and Regional Assistant Vice Presidents, to help support the execution of strategic and operational priorities and special projects. This position is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Inclusion Team and the Business Resource Groups to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating efficient operations, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and contributing to our commitment to inclusion.
The successful candidate should be a self-starter who can work independently, has exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoys handling multiple moving parts. The position requires a unique blend of focus and flexibility, a creative mindset, internal/external stakeholder management abilities, and some administrative responsibilities. The chosen candidate will require a high degree of personal and professional integrity, communication, and discretion.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the regional and global team leads to promote business planning, oversee budget requests, track and review metrics and results for the Business Resource Groups
- Manage the logistics of regional diversity heritage activities including e.g., Women’s History, Asian-Pacific American Month, Pride, etc.
- Create registration pages for BRG events and manage membership lists/reporting
- Assist with the completion of annual assessments e.g., Stonewall/MyAvtar working in partnership with the Regional AVPs and Global VPs
- Assist in maintaining various activities for key external partnerships and relationships, including tracking follow-up items and coordinating activities that drive partnerships forward to meet joint business objectives
- Support the planning and execution of various meetings by managing requests and the upkeep of planning and tracking materials and tools
- Identify, develop, and execute process enhancements to streamline the team's work
- Escalate any risks/roadblocks with the appropriate level of urgency
Qualifications
- Genuine interest/passion for inclusion, diversity, and equity topics
- Able to successfully navigate within varying degrees of ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational and political savvy
- Demonstrated agility to work well in a dynamic environment to meet deadlines within short time constraints while maintaining the utmost attention to detail
- Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion and trust; demonstrated ability to work with confidential material
- Ability to set priorities, be proactive, exercise initiative and assume responsibility for work and work products
- Strong computer proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, calm under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of work experience in HR, project management or related field

Annual base salary gross: from 25,600 EUR to 40,800 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
