Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated experience in website content management, digital publishing, and editorial processes.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and web content optimization strategies.
- Proficient in CMS platforms and web analytics tools for content performance tracking.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering productive teamwork.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or other web publishing technologies is advantageous.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field - bringing a strong foundation in strategic thinking, storytelling, and commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Website Content Editor to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital content within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, design, and development—to deliver high-quality content that enhances the user experience and advances the organization’s communication and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage AEM templates to support stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Publish and maintain website content, including blogs, landing pages, and multimedia assets, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce compelling, SEO-optimized content that enhances visibility and engagement.
- Conduct regular content audits to verify accuracy, relevance, and overall performance.
- Partner with developers to ensure the website remains user-friendly, accessible, and visually consistent with brand standards.
- Leverage analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and user feedback to measure performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand voice, style guidelines, and regulatory requirements across all content.
- Manage workflows within the CMS and related content tools to streamline processes and improve cross-team collaboration.
