Skills and Competencies

  • 4+ years in credit/financial data analysis
  • Skilled at identifying and evaluating key risk factors with minimal guidance.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Effectively engage with lead/support analysts to resolve complex issues.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Finance, Economics or Business/Accounting
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills  

Responsibilities:

Lead projects supporting data, ratings, research, analytical outreach and apply specialized technical knowledge to guide junior team members and lead process improvements.

  • Lead data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach projects while driving process re-engineering, efficiency improvements, and successful change implementation.
  • Manage complex BAU tasks, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality deliverables, including resolution of non-standard outputs.
  • Independently engage with stakeholders, coordinate work allocation, and manage workload pipelines to meet deadlines.
  • Train new hires, mentor team members, and provide technical/process guidance on data validation, research, and ratings tasks.
  • Conduct reviews of complex work, deliver constructive feedback, and implement targeted training to enhance accuracy and performance.
  • Lead or participate in strategic projects and working groups, partnering across departments to refine processes and achieve business goals.

The team perform a range of data, analytical and research services that contribute to the overall credit analysis function performed by the rating groups.
