Skills and Competencies:

  • Knowledge of insurance methodologies (P&C, Life, Health) and risk factors.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills; able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • In-depth understanding of finance, financial statements, and capital markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business/Accounting.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in credit/financial data analysis and project management.
  • Experience in fundamental finance is a mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead data, analytical, and research projects for Moody’s ratings; mentoring junior team members.
  • Serve as Process Owner for ADO processes, identifying inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of BAU tasks, including complex data and research assignments.
  • Independently interact with stakeholders to resolve non-standard issues.
  • Provide technical guidance on financial statement analysis and ratio analysis.
  • Coordinate work allocation and manage the workload pipeline for timely completion.
  • Train new hires and mentor team members on financial spreading.
  • Conduct quality assessments of team members' work and provide constructive feedback.
