Skills and Competencies.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Strong focus on accuracy, effective organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Administrative & Talent Attraction Experience: Proven experience supporting teams with Talent Attraction administration responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRIS systems, ATS, and interview scheduling tools like Paradox is preferred.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates using a consultative approach.
- Global Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a global team, providing cross-regional support for interview coordination.
- Professionalism & Adaptability: Demonstrates confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility when managing sensitive information or shifting priorities.
Education.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Responsibilities.
- Interview Coordination: Manage and support the interview process, including scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency in Moody’s recruitment efforts.
- Scheduling & Tools: Schedule interviews using tools like Paradox and ensure timely updates and communication with candidates and interviewers.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide a seamless interview experience, addressing challenges with a consultative approach.
- Travel & Reimbursements: Facilitate travel arrangements for interviews, process candidate expense reimbursements, and manage vendor invoices.
- Global Team Support: Provide cross-regional support as part of a global interview coordination team, ensuring consistency in practices across locations.
- Compliance & Special Projects: Administer candidate testing, ensure hiring practice compliance, and contribute to Talent Attraction team initiatives and process improvements.
About the team.
Our Talent Attraction Team is responsible for driving recruitment excellence across Moody’s in EMEA, AMER and APAC, ensuring candidates and hiring managers experience a seamless and professional hiring process, regardless of the location.
