Skills and Competencies
•    10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a global financial services or technology environment.
•    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Concur).
•    Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
•    High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
•    Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization.
•    Familiarity with corporate governance and board-level communications.
•    Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
•    Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Commerce, Science, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Responsibilities
•    Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination across time zones.
•    Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
•    Serve as a liaison between the MD and senior leadership, board members, clients, and external stakeholders.
•    Coordinate executive communications, including email, phone calls, and virtual meetings.
•    Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables across multiple teams and business units.
•    Support the MD in preparing for board meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.
•    Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
•    Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
