Skills and Competencies
•    Experience of 0-2 years in credit/financial data analysis and interpretation; experience in structured finance will be an added advantage
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•    Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
•    Good understanding of structured finance and basic capital markets
•    Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
•    Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and display initiative

 

Education
•    Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or Accounting.

•    CFA / FRM would be added advantage

 

Responsibilities
Contribute to credit analysis by performing data, analytical, and research services for structured finance ratings.
•    Apply Moody’s standards to existing data to produce valuable inputs for ratings and research, including adjusted data, key indicators, ratios, charts, and graphs
•    Perform data intake tasks such as scrubbing and validating data for research and ratings
•    Review and understand financial reports, official statements, and issuer performance documents
•    Collaborate with ratings and support analysts to capture data requirements and adjustments
•    Participate in projects or process improvements proactively
•    Resolve data point or mapping issues during data intake exercises
•    Independently handle straightforward business-as-usual deliverables (e.g., loan pool analysis, CDO data aggregation)
•    Provide guidance to junior team members on resolving queries.

Our Structured Finance Rating Group is responsible for delivering high-quality credit analysis and ratings for structured finance products.
