Skills and Competencies

  • Strong interest in sales and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Prior internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Interest or experience in Generative AI and its applications in business

 

Education

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Graduation date of December 2026 - June 2027
  • Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th 2026

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying and researching potential clients
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals
  • Participate in client meetings and calls to gain firsthand experience in sales processes
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Contribute to Generative AI sales projects by identifying potential use cases and client needs
  • Assist in developing and presenting Generative AI solutions to clients
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI to support sales initiatives

About the Program:

Moody's 10-week summer internship program is a premier opportunity for students to immerse themselves in a hands-on learning experience, guided by Moody's commitment to integrity, excellence, and insight. The program takes place each summer from June – August and positions are available for undergraduate and select graduate students. Internships are full-time, offering a comprehensive view of Moody’s business and culture, and a chance to build professional and technical skills. Programmatic elements include networking, mentorship, leadership speaker series and volunteering events. Interns complete project work determined by their team that have real impact, fostering a sense of accomplishment and professional growth. Throughout the internship, participants receive mentorship from Moody's professionals, gaining insights into diverse career paths and cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the company. Networking events and workshops further enrich the experience, providing a platform for professional development and collaboration. As a Moody's intern, you will gain real-world experience, turn inputs into actions, and be integral part of the team.
