Skills and Competencies


This role involves independently working with a team based in Costa Rica, providing best in class service to analysts and senior managers in rating groups across the globe with investor outreach activities.

  • 1-3 years of professional relevant work experience, preferably working in a financial institution, with credit and/or research knowledge.
  • Knowledge and experience of with Marketo is desired.
  • Client engagement experience is desired.
  • Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce along with reporting and dashboards is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates intellectual honesty, independence, thoroughness, rigor, conviction and judgment.
  • Self-motivated, sense of ownership and efficient time management.
  • Engages in team work with a positive and constructive attitude.
  • Displays a clear customer-centric, best-in-class service orientation.

 

Education 

 

  • BA/BS in business, finance, management or similar field


Responsibilities


The candidate will be responsible for conducting email outreach campaigns, providing navigation support for Marketo/Salesforce & responding to standard and ad-hoc reporting requests for the Investor Contact Management program within Moody's Ratings. The candidate will also share the responsibility of documenting processes & FAQ, providing on the job guidance to new team members, implement changes to the process / templates & conducting testing for product releases. 

As this position requires daily interaction with lead analysts and senior management in Moody's Ratings, strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Candidate is also expected to be proactive and quick to learn process changes and updates. Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint) required. CRM/Marketo/Salesforce experience desired.

  • Work independently to conduct Email outreach campaigns, navigation support for Marketo/Salesforce users & ad-hoc and standard reporting for the ICM engagement, including management and rating group specific requests.
  • Documentation of support processes & FAQs.
  • Work with project team to implement changes / clarifications to the process, template changes, etc.
  • Conduct testing for Maintenance & Enhancement releases.
  • Provide error-free output on standard and complex tasks and achieve the targets efficiently.

 

About the team

 

The Investor Contact Management team at Moody's Ratings enhances investor communication through email outreach and support for Marketo and Salesforce. Team members handle reporting requests, document processes, and guide new hires. Strong communication skills are essential for daily interactions with lead analysts and senior management. We seek proactive individuals with MS Office expertise and familiarity with CRM systems like Marketo and Salesforce.
