Skills and Competencies

• Looking for candidates with experience of at least 2 years in Structured Finance domain, preferably having cash flow modelling experience for any structured finance asset class
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Able to interpret and analyze legal documents
• Contribute towards team goals by showing initiative
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent team player with ability to work and push themselves in tight deliverable schedule
• Experience in use of Artificial Intelligence and Programming skills preferred – VBA, Python, SQL.

Education

• MBA Finance or equivalent degree having completed/pursuing professional financial courses such as CFA, FRM etc. with 2+ years of experience in field of Structured Finance.

Responsibilities

A Financial Engineer in the India Cash Flow modelling team will be responsible for waterfall cash flow modelling of structured finance deals for primary and secondary market to increase the coverage of ABS and MBS asset categories for EMEA & APAC and US region. You will be expected to collaborate with other stakeholders including sales desk from multiple locations globally to improve the quantity and quality of our content offerings as well as the efficiency of our business processes.

• Build, develop and troubleshoot quantitative financial models for a variety of structured finance asset classes, including ABS and MBS which are used by clients to analyze their portfolios.
• Participate in quality and productivity enhancement projects.
• Participate modelling and updating tool development and enhancement.
• Work closely with each client support teams regarding client challenges and new feature developments.

Our Cash Flow modelling team is responsible for creating waterfall cash flow models. Cash Flow Team comprises highly qualified people, who are passionate about work and serving clients globally.
