Skills and Competencies

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Management experience or desire to manage a diverse team.
  • Highly organized, efficient and detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize work within a team.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and across teams and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • 8+ years in financial content management or project management.
  • MBA degree or professional qualification, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Experience in using content management systems such as CMS Méthode is a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage a team within the Methodology Development Group supporting the publication process for methodologies, assessment frameworks, related press releases and other documents.
  • Lead process improvements.
  • Manage periodic reporting, ensuring high accuracy and completion in a timely manner.
  • Manage periodic audit, compliance and regulatory requests.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders globally to gather necessary information and ensure  consistent process execution.
  • Address ad hoc requests supporting MDG and other teams, as needed, including analyzing publication content for consistency using emerging technology.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching and professional development planning for team members. 

 

 

About the team

 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Vice President (AVP)-Data Management to join our team. The successful candidate will lead a team in Bangalore supporting the Methodology Development Group (MDG) globally and focusing on the publication process for methodologies, assessment frameworks and related documents. Publications are a key part of the methodology and assessment framework development process at Moody’s Ratings. Additionally, the role involves managing publication-related special projects, proposing and implementing process improvements, and communicating effectively across teams.
