Skills and Competencies

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, or related field
  •  Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify key insights; critical thinking skills with ability to evaluate options and make recommendations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high degree of accuracy
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues; strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously 
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability in fast-paced environment, focused on delivering outcomes; Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across functions; team player with collaborative mindset

Education  
Holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Data Analytics, or related field 

Responsibilities

This role shapes strategic priorities into actionable plans, tracks performance against objectives, creates standard processes, and ensures effective communication across stakeholders

  • Performance, OKR, and Dependency Tracking: Manage the development and tracking of Corporates & Governments OKRs and cross- business unit dependencies to measure success and inform future strategy
  • Product Portfolio Governance and Resource Tracking: Manage product portfolio governance; drive consistent resource allocation reporting to ensure alignment with MA growth and margin goals
  • Strategy Communication & Forums: Coordinate and drive narrative across Business Unit to ensure alignment and communication of Corporates & Governments strategy, goals, and key deliverables
  • Business Case Governance: Facilitate the process and support Product Strategy to prepare and track business cases that bring future growth to Corporates customer segment
  • Strategic Plan & Budget: Support the development of the Corporates segment strategic plan and annual budget, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and working across Moody’s to obtain execution commitment
  • Executive Leadership Reporting: Prepare cross-business unit reporting to ensure transparency, accountability and decision-making
  • Adhoc Strategic Initiatives: Lead or support adhoc strategic initiatives to support the success of the Corporates and Governments Business Unit
