Associate Implementation Engineer

Skills and Competencies

• 0–3 years in a technical role, ideally with SaaS platforms
• Basic understanding of financial statements and banking/insurance instruments
• Experience with credit and supply chain risk screening solutions
• Knowledge of file transfer protocols, IT security, SaaS, and cloud services
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Curiosity about AI applications.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Consult on SaaS solutions and support clients in configuring and implementing trade credit and supply chain products
• Collaborate with product specialists, customer success managers, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Collaborate across departments to ensure solutions align with business requirements and drive measurable impact
• Configure or assist in customizing software
• Support digital transformation initiatives to enhance both client-facing and internal processes
• Participate in testing to ensure solution quality
• Provide technical training to client administrators
• Document projects using internal tracking systems
• Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) to improve efficiency and workflows
• Contribute to product enhancements and knowledge resources (e.g., documentation review, feedback, and “how-to” guides)

About the team

By joining Corporate and Government Solution Delivery team which is responsible for implementing customized workflow solutions based on clients’ unique needs and internal processes, you will be part of the exciting work in SaaS implementation, automation, and AI enablement, with opportunities to collaborate on projects that span multiple industries and regions.

Annual base salary gross: €24,700.00 - €39,500.00 . Applicable to Slovakia candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
