Skills and Competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, consistently delivering value and building trusted partnerships
- Deep expertise in one or more domains such as Compliance Solutions, Master Data Management, or Data Solutions, enabling tailored client support
- Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments by proactively identifying opportunities and adapting to change
- Proven track record in strategic selling, with experience navigating complex sales cycles and influencing key decision-makers
- Strong industry network, leveraging connections to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and drive business growth
- Advanced C-suite relationship management skills, fostering long-term partnerships and acting as a trusted advisor to executive clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively in-person and virtually
- Fluency in German and English is essential, with additional European languages considered a valuable asset for broader client engagement
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
- This position offers a dynamic work environment, requiring up to 50% travel to engage with clients face-to-face, while also providing the flexibility of hybrid working
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with Professional Services clients, ensuring Moody’s consistently delivers exceptional value and service tailored to their evolving needs
- Present comprehensive and customized enterprise solutions that address clients’ strategic priorities, fostering strong C-suite relationships and building long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify, assess, and scale new growth opportunities within core accounts, driving strategic initiatives that expand Moody’s footprint and influence across the Professional Services segment
- Develop, execute, and maintain robust strategic account plans, including accurate forecasting, performance tracking, and regular reporting of key metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Continuously evaluate emerging top-priority accounts, adjusting engagement strategies and resource allocation to maximize impact and deliver optimal results across the portfolio
- Serve as the primary executive contact and escalation point for clients, connecting them with the right Moody’s resources to address opportunities, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction
- Leverage deep industry expertise and market insights to uncover client risks and opportunities, delivering proactive, informed solutions that drive mutual success
- Share valuable feedback and market intelligence with internal teams and leadership, informing strategy, innovation, and the development of new products and services to better meet client needs
