We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to lead customer engagement within the Corporate industry segment. This role offers a significant opportunity to expand Moody’s enterprise offering across a broader scale, delivering enhanced value to both our customers and the organization. The successful candidate will proactively identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, collaborating across teams and industry verticals to drive meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Customer Engagement: Cultivate and manage high-impact relationships with key corporate clients, ensuring Moody’s delivers exceptional value and service.
- Deliver Tailored Enterprise Solutions: Present comprehensive solutions that address clients’ strategic priorities, fostering strong C-suite relationships and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and Scale Growth Opportunities: Drive strategic initiatives that unlock new opportunities within core accounts, expanding Moody’s footprint and influence.
- Develop and Execute Account Plans: Build and maintain robust strategic account plans, including forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting of key metrics.
- Prioritize and Optimize Account Focus: Evaluate emerging top-priority accounts and adjust engagement strategies to maximize impact across the portfolio.
- Act as Relationship Manager: Serve as the primary executive contact and escalation point, connecting clients with the right Moody’s resources to address opportunities and resolve challenges.
- Leverage Industry Expertise: Apply deep insights into the Corporate sector to uncover client risks and opportunities, delivering proactive and informed solutions.
- Share Market Intelligence: Provide valuable feedback and market insights to internal teams and leadership to inform strategy and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing strategic accounts across diverse sectors.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following domains: Compliance Solutions, Credit Risk Assessment, Procurement Solutions, Master Data Management, or Data Solutions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated success in strategic selling and navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong industry network and ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders; excellent C-suite relationship management.
- Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal, across in-person and virtual settings.
- Fluency in German and English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.
