Skills and Competencies

  • Required
    • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in C++ programming, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and impactful solutions
    • Strong analytical computing and algorithmic problem-solving skills
    • Solid understanding of advanced programming concepts, including performance optimization and memory management
    • Demonstrated passion for identifying and solving complex problems
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Preferred
    • Academic background or hands-on experience in quantitative finance, particularly in areas such as financial risk modeling, fixed income analysis, or balance sheet management
    • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Education

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct code reviews and participate in technical discussions to promote best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Champion continuous improvement in software quality, development processes, and system architecture
  • Document and communicate technical decisions and solutions effectively across teams and stakeholders
