The data operations group is responsible for managing the critical processes that ensure the accuracy and

timely delivery of vital data that is linked to our industry-standard AML/KYC risk measurement tools and

related software applications. In this role you will be an instrumental member of our European based data

operations group. You will be part of a team who maintains and drives continual improvement in our

procedures for the curated PEP data collection. You will add to the team with your experience working in

projects. As well as your technical knowledge and ability to transform business needs into technical

requirements in your dialogue with the IT development team.

 

Responsibilities:

· Be an expert on our data and the collection processes which are the foundation for our products.

· Become the product owner for custom software solutions.

· Be a key person in development and enhancement of new and existing processes and applications.

· Design new processes for standardizing data from multiple sources for input into a centralized

database.

· Analyze data from potential data providers.

· Manage data relationships and provide customer support/feedback to banks/clients/financial

institutions/internal clients and feedback to external data vendors

· Collaborate with internal and external data partners on contractual, service and usage issues.

· Provide internal support and documentation to the firm's staff regarding daily data processing and

calculations.

· Identify and implement AI/automation opportunities to streamline manual data processes

· Lead data engineering and product development projects.

· Work schedule may require occasional availability on some evenings, weekends and holidays.

 

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) in Operations, Management, Engineering,

Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· Three to five years of experience in finance, economics or business.

· Experience with application management and data flows required.

· Applied knowledge and experience with generative AI required

· API integration knowledge is a plus.

· Experience with BI solutions is a plus.

· Experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel and Access is a plus.

· Superb analytical skills and persistence in problem solving.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight

deadlines.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Experience documenting standard operating procedures preferred.

· Preferably a bilingual person who speaks any Nordic or other European language
