Right now, we are looking for an Financial Data Associate (FDA) to join our Latin America regional team in Moody’s Local. Moody’s Local is a group of leading providers of domestic credit ratings, with operations in 13 countries.

Skills and Competencies

• Entry level position. Some meaningful work experience and/or relevant internship experience preferred. Previous financial data or product experience would be advantageous.
• Intermediary level in English is desire.

What will help you succeed:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Highly organized and efficient.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.)
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Builds positive relationships.
• Prioritization to meet deadlines and time sensitive requests/projects.

Education

• Bachelors degree, preferred.

Responsibilities

You will get the chance to:

• Perform new deal/customers set-up, data capture, lifecycle data maintenance, data quality assurance and tracking support to the rating analysts and commercial teams.
• Responsible for document upload process to the website. This includes but is not limited to performing manual uploads, resolving issues related to the process, participating in future operational improvements discussions.
• Monitor designated documents like Vital Records to ensure timely and effective reviews.
