Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

This role partners closely with the General Manager and his Senior Leadership Team to drive strategic execution, operational excellence, and organizational alignment across the Moody’s Analytics Sales organization.

  • Support strategic initiatives across Sales, including ownership of leadership meetings, all-hands forums, pipeline reviews, and customer health discussions
  • Develop, communicate, and implement strategic growth initiatives and processes
  • Lead analysis of new sales strategies
  • Plan and execute strategic projects to enhance market relevance and positioning
  • Support the General Manager of Moody’s Singapore in managing sales organisation and office-wide activities
  • Represent the firm in external engagements as required
  • Provide support and oversight for a wide range of strategic, such as APAC strategy presentations, financial reporting and assessment, and senior management activities
  • Define and evolve the Sales organizational structure and operating model to support growth and efficiency
  • Manage headcount planning and recruiting activities in partnership with the Talent Acquisition team
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on shared goals and ensure the successful execution of cross-functional initiatives
  • Develop and coordinate materials for senior leadership, including board presentations, offsites, townhalls, and internal and external communications
  • Support people development initiatives, including diversity and inclusion efforts across the organization
  • Lead planning for and integration of acquisitions within the Sales operating model
  • Establish and lead Sales enablement practices for Operating Units, including tools, processes, and best practices
  • Define, implement, and monitor Sales programs including forecasting, pipeline management, commission processes, territory deployment, and sales targeting
  • Oversee forecasting management and coordinate forecasting cadence across Sales leadership
  • Lead confidential, time-sensitive, and high-impact special projects on behalf of the Sales General Manager
  • Sponsor and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including the development of new operational, data, and reporting processes
  • Evaluate current processes, emerging technologies, and industry trends to promote a culture of continuous improvement

About the Team

The Sales Strategic Programs team partners with senior leaders across Moody’s Analytics to drive strategic alignment, operational rigor, and execution excellence. Working closely with regional and global counterparts, the team serves as a connective layer across Sales, enabling consistent execution of strategic priorities while supporting leaders in achieving sustainable growth and organizational impact.
