The Director, Digital & Tech Advisory is a senior leader within Moody’s Insurance Business Unit, driving digital transformation and innovation across the global insurance and reinsurance ecosystem.
In this role, you will help clients modernize their core insurance processes from policy and claims to digital customer experience leveraging Moody’s Intelligent Risk Platform (IRP) and broader data, analytics, and technology capabilities. You will lead high performing, cross functional teams to deliver complex transformation programs, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution.
Working with C-suite stakeholders including CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Digital you will shape modernization strategies, design implementation roadmaps, and oversee delivery of scalable solutions that improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and enable data driven decision making.
This is both a strategic and hands on leadership role. You will champion agile delivery excellence, foster technical and operational innovation, and ensure program governance and stakeholder alignment across multi country engagements.
With a focus on digital insurance transformation, core system modernization, and data driven decision enablement, you will play a key role in helping clients adapt to evolving market, regulatory, and technological landscapes.
