Skills and Competencies

  • +10 years of experience proven track record in consultative B2B sales, particularly within financial services.
  • Strong ability to lead strategic relationships across banking, insurance, and asset management sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and key account management skills.
  • Full command of the sales lifecycle and pipeline management.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM market, especially Brazil and the Andean Region.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Digital Transformation.
  • Certifications in sales, leadership, or strategic account management are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the commercial strategy for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships across banking, insurance, and asset management sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Serve as Moody’s brand ambassador in Brazil, navigating complex client organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client success.
  • Core Activities
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, closing, and renewing.
  • Facilitate team engagement across the sales cycle.
  • Identify client needs and align Moody’s offerings accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • GenAI & Process Optimization Automating client research and lead qualification. Generating tailored sales content and proposals. Deep understanding of GenAi capacities for Risk and Finance management tools.
