We are seeking an experienced Director/Associate Director of Project Management to lead project delivery within our AI Automation team. The successful candidate will drive effective communication within the team and across the broader organisation, support risk management efforts and ensure high-quality execution of AI automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and facilitate clear communication between the AI Automation team and stakeholders across the wider organisation, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Risk team, managing interactions to support the strategic and operational objectives of the AI Automation team.
- Provide regular progress updates to leadership on team activities, deliverables and challenges.
- Lead the internal rollout of AI automation solutions, including planning and organising workshops to gather feedback, requirements and ensure effective adoption.
- Track usage and other key performance indicators (KPIs), communicating these to stakeholders to support data-driven decision making.
- Own and maintain knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint, wikis, Teams channels) to promote communication, good practices and compliance with company requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or AI-focused environments.
- Proven experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent communication, organizational and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and their application within project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience organizing and leading workshops and feedback sessions.
