Role: Content Sourcing/Procurement
This role will provide support in the daily operations of the procurement of financial documents and data access, across all geographical and structured finance asset sectors; requiring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
? Supports with the daily operations deal access management thru :
o External search and application of trustee deal and closing document access from multi trustee websites/sources
? Identifies additional content sources required to obtain deal related documents
? Ensure that appropriate metadata and documentation is updated accurately within internal systems
? Maintain ongoing external communications and manage correspondence in accordance with appropriate templates
? Cultivate relationships with external parties to assist with growth of access for the content deal library
? Promptly addresses internal and external inquiries and follows up on any outstanding issues to ensure resolution
? Manage current client portfolios access requests and updates
? Collaborates with and fosters positive relationships with stakeholders and partners
? Run and monitor client internal audit report for accuracy and compliance associated with data governance guidelines relative to NDAs and issuer restrictive access
? Observes and adheres to all trustee and Moody’s Analytics governance processes and or legal guidelines.
? Take initiative and handle special projects in coordination with other groups and management
Qualifications:
? Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? 3 years of proven work experience client/customer centric focused
? Minimum Bachelor degree in related fields Communications, Marketing, Finance
