This job will be focused on performing tasks related to the daily management of data file processing for Moody’s Pulse and Orbis products, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer outreach and support.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed goals and targets that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Establish relationships with existing customers to ensure goal of monthly data contributions.
  • Receive data files from contributors and spot check for any inconsistencies, missing fields or other issues.
  • Reach out to current customers via email to communicate about long term lapses in data contribution.
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system (Salesforce) and communicate effectively with internal data teams (Jira).
  • Work with data support teams as required.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and strategically.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills a must.
  • Candidate must be pro-active, self-motivated, critical thinker, and articulate.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Any additional language is beneficial.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaborate with others, with focus and high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with a variety of data files and formats is a plus.
